Unfortunately, after some time at the previous cost, our Chef, Brigit, feels, not unexpectedly, she needs to increase the costs of the meals by £1.50 and this will be passed on to the diners.

Just turn up and pay on the day. No bookings, no formality, just a sociable gathering of Cruising Association friends (guests are also very welcome). If you do let us know you are coming, we could give the landlord some idea of numbers, but just turn up anyway, as complete informality is the whole point.

East Coast Spring Rally, 3/5 May 2014

For many of us the start of the new sailing season is marked by the East Coast Spring Rally held over the Bank Holiday Weekend Saturday 3 May to Monday 5 May 2014 at the RHYC on the River Orwell.

An exciting change this month; a visit to the Nottage Maritime Institute and Museum after lunch. We’ll lunch a little earlier than usual at the Rose & Crown at 12noon
