Bob Bradfield – ‘Charting the uncharted in the UK's yachting paradise’

The channels and anchorages of the West Coast of Scotland offer some of the most beautiful coastal scenery in the UK. Many have not been resurveyed since the days of lead and line, so many of the published charts are not of sufficiently large scale to be of use close-in.  Now Bob Bradfield has set about creating a series of very large scale electronic charts which can run seamlessly with UKHO charts on PCs, Macs, iPads and smartphones.  He will show the delightful spots you can reach with them in what he calls the UK's yachting paradise.
