Beginning in Biscay

The Biscay coast of France is an excellent cruising ground, with quiet anchorages to explore, lovely islands, beautiful beaches, and the opportunity to moor your boat close to the centre of historic towns such as Vannes, La Rochelle or St Martin de Ré.

'Beginning in Biscay' provides an insight into cruising south of the Chenal du Four. Whether you are planning to return to your home port at the end of the season, are interested in taking time to discover the delights of this region, or are making your way towards the Mediterranean, this seminar will provide you with the information needed to make the best of your time.

The event will cover the resources to help you plan your cruise. The presenters and our section secretaries will be available to answer any questions you may have throughout the seminar.
