The planning and logistics for his 2024 cruise to Scotland will be covered by Viv and he will also describe some of the places he visited, and some he missed. So if you have ever considered a cruise to this beautiful part of UK this talk is for you, or just come to enjoy the story, the pictures and the company.
Viv says: “For many of the last few years, we have spent the summers exploring the Baltic, Netherlands and Channel in our boat. This was initially in our Nauticat sailing boat, and more recently in our Marex motor boat. In the summer months of 2024 we visited the west coast of Scotland and my talk should be an opportunity to assist in your preparation for such a trip, maybe to persuade you to give the area a try, or even to put you off in favour of finding somewhere drier and warmer to go!”
