Another event-packed Bank Holiday weekend for all CA East Coast Sailors. Suffolk, Essex and Kent CA Members usually attend with a few from further away, and all are most welcome.
Activities: There will be a Passage “Race” and indoor “Pontoon Party” on Saturday; on Sunday an outing to Woodbridge with guided tours of the Sutton Hoo Ship Project, the Museum, and the iconic Tide Mill; Royal Harwich Art Exhibition; and dinner with speaker; and a Monday morning walk along the river to the Butt and Oyster at Pin Mill - an event-packed weekend.
Date: Early May Bank Holiday weekend, arrive on Saturday 29th April depart on Monday 1st May.
Venue: Royal Harwich Yacht Club Marina on the River Orwell. Download directions to the Club here.
Transport: Arrive by boat (preferential mooring rates), car (free parking at RHYC), motor home (book and pay MDL Marina on 01473 780206 for parking), bicycle or foot for all or some of the activities. Shared transport to Woodbridge.

Saturday 29th April
Passage “Race” – predict your time of arrival to Woolverstone, for arrival on Saturday, whether you are coming by boat, car, motor home, bicycle or on foot.

17:30 “Pontoon Party” – held indoors at RHYC, a chance to meet the other participants, please bring your own glasses, a drink and a little food to share, savoury or sweet.
Sunday 30th April
Outing to Woodbridge £17.50pp
09:15 Meet on the RHYC lawn and depart for Woodbridge in shared cars.
10:10 Regroup at the Longshed, upstairs in the John Gibbins Gallery for coffee
10:30 Guided visits of the Sutton Hoo Ship Project and of the Woodbridge Museum
12:00 Free Time for Lunch and a walk around Woodbridge
14:00 Tide Mill guided visit, the wheel should start turning during the visit
Later: Return to Woolverstone in shared transport.

17:30 Royal Harwich Art Club Exhibition, private viewing with a pre-dinner glass of wine
18:30 Three Course informal Dinner, speaker Paul Rodhouse, The Galway Hooker
