Saturday 17th September at Gins Farm, Beaulieu River
The last summer meet of 2016 courtesy of the Royal Southampton Yacht Club at Gins Farm on the Beaulieu River, one of the most attractive and least developed parts of the Solent.
On Friday 16th some boats will muster in Newtown Creek. If coming please let either Alec or Tim know.
On Saturday 17th Cate and Alec request the pleasure of your company for a Sharpener on the Pontoon beside Yo Ho Ho at 1800.
A three course dinner with coffee at 1930 in the Clubhouse - cost of £24.50 per head.
MENU:
Smoked Salmon and lemon mascarpone parcels, with a citrus reduction
Pan Glazed Pork Tenderloin, olive mash, served with a cherry tomato and cider jus
Homemade Apple and Cinnamon Crumble, vanilla custard
Coffee and mints
A vegetarian option is available if booked in advance
