Fitting Out Supper, with a prize quiz and trips, tips and tales.

Our Fitting Out Supper is on Tuesday, 18th March at a new venue, the Upper Thames Sailing Club. We will need to provide catering numbers to UTSC ahead of time, so let us know if you plan to join us and if you plan to bring along any guests - all are welcome. We will be holding a prize quiz during the evening, nautically based but not too difficult, and if you have a short boating tale from 2013 (adventures, trip, tips, maybe the odd confession!), a bottle of wine will be awarded for the best yarn, so do come ready to share your tale over dinner.The Upper Thames Sailing Club. Directions

Upper Thames Sailing Club is conveniently positioned in Bourne End, four miles from junction 4 of the M40 and eight miles from junction 8/9 of the M4. From the A404(M), take the A4155 towards Bourne End. Shortly after entering the 30mph limit, take the first turning on the right (Coldmoorholme Lane) marked to the Spade Oak Hotel. Once past the pub, turn left into Upper Thames Way and follow the road round to the car park. 

After parking, please be careful crossing the railway - it is used every day all through the year (but only 2 trains/hour).
