MEET DETAILS
Pontoon berthing adjacent to the HM Offices on Custom House Quay, close to Royal Dorset Y.C.(starboard side on entry) has been provisionally reserved.
Berthing fees are £2.40 per meter, with a 10% discount if we muster 10 boats or more.
Please be aware of shipping movements. Pier head lights switched on when vessels manoeuvering (red no entry/green entry ok) if in doubt call the HM on VHF Ch12
Saturday
1830 – Drinks on the pontoon by host boats.
1930 – Dinner ashore at the Ship Inn
Reservations have not been made for dinner as we were well accommodated last year without a booking. You can choose from the menu as suits.
Please give an early indication if you plan attending by returning the booking form by post or e-mail, so that we may advise the Harbour Master of our berthing needs.
Whilst group visit has not been arranged some members may wish to take the opportunity to visit the Weymouth & Portland UK Sailing Academy and site of the 2012 Olympic Sailing events at Portland on Sunday.
All visitors are welcome and a prior call on 01305 866000 would be appreciaed.
