CA member Bill Lewis won June’s 'Refer a Friend' prize of an IC-M25EURO Buoyant Marine VHF Radio worth £179 generously provided by Icom.
Bill expressed much excitement on his win, saying, "I am thrilled to wind such a fantastic prize. My current Icom handheld has done sterling service over the past 30 years and so it would welcome honourable retirement."
A CA member for nineteen years, Bill added, "I continue to enjoy the company and knowledge of fellow members who I meet at CA House or on our travels. Joining is easy. Simply give your friend the discount code you can find on our member only ‘Refer a Friend’ page. Then your friend can join via www.theca.org.uk/join. Within the joining process, ask your friend to add your name under 'Recommendation', and under the 'Promotional Code' they should enter the code you have shared to receive the 25% discount on the first year's membership fee.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can introduce to CA membership.
