If you are having problems logging in this is probably because you have forgotten your username or password. Your username is usually your first name then surname, eg John Smith. It is not your email address.

I can't see the 'Login' link at the top of the page
You are probably logged in already. The cookie used to identify you lasts for about 3 days so if you logged in during that time you don't need to log in again. If your name appears at the top of the screen you are logged in..

Move your cursor (but don't click) over the 'Home' Menu button and a drop down menu will open. Click on the link 'Password Request' and enter either your email address or your user name. You will be sent an email with a login link which can be used to change your password to something you can remember.

The system doesn't recognize my password, but I'm sure it is correct
Have you got the case of all characters in the password correct? (Password is case-sensitive though user name isn't.) Is your 'Caps Lock' key on? Is there exactly one space between each part of your username?
I don't have a username or password
You must be a member of the Cruising Association to log into this site. If you wish to join the CA, please use the 'Join' link at the top of this page. Most members of the CA should have been sent a username and password when they joined. If you do not have an account either click here to send a message to the Office for help.
My partner can't log on - how can I set up a Household member?
A second person in your household can be added to your membership at no extra cost. If they have a separate email address, they can have their own login to the website and CAptain's Mate. To add a household member, click on the 'Home' menu in the top left of any page or the silhouette icon in the top right of any page and select 'My Account', then select 'Household' from the menu in the blue box on the left.
I'm logged in but would like to change my password
Click on the 'Home' menu in the top left, or the silhouette icon in the top right and click on My Account. Then click on the 'Edit' tab, and you will be able to enter a new password. Don't forget to click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
