National Coastwatch Institution by Nick Barrett White, Felixstowe's NCI Station Manager - Booking Open

NCI provide 'The Eyes and Ears Along the Coast', reporting directly to HM Coastguard centres, assisting in the protection and preservation of life at sea and along the UK coastline. Nick will cover the work of NCI nationally but with an emphasis on what goes on at the Felixstowe station which is atop Martello Tower P on Felixstowe's south seafront. NCI was founded in 1994 following the deaths at sea of two fishermen at Bass Point in Cornwall.

Nick joined NCI in 2019 and in March 2022 became Station Manager working with a team of 73 other volunteers.
