The Portsmouth Queen’s Harbour Master's remit is to look after 55 square miles of the eastern Solent primarily to protect defence interests. Rebecca is part of a 36 man team and she will give us a snapshot of her responsibilities. She is a Yachtmaster Examiner and has skippered the Army’s 20m training yachts around the world. Her current role is to “look after and keep an eye on recreational boaters”, which is all of us!
