Your Channel Section 2023 Rally/Cruise-in-Company has two flotilla starting points, one from the Solent and one from the West Country.
Both flotillas offer the attractions of cruising together; some local tourism opportunities; plus drinks and dinners and general socialising.
It is all within a two week period allowing you to fit around other commitments.
It’s an ideal opportunity for a first time Channel crossing with support and advice from others or an opportunity to cruise and socialise with friends old and new.
Start in Plymouth and cruise to Salcombe, or start in Yarmouth and cruise to Poole and then Cherbourg (France). Then both flotillas cruise onwards to meet in St Peter Port (Guernsey), before cruising on to Carteret (France) where, after some further shore attractions, the rally ends.
You can then cruise home or onwards, with your new rally friends or alone.
There will be a rally WhatsApp group for liaison between members during, before and after the rally.
Date: Sunday 11th June (Solent) or Tuesday 13th June (West Country) to Friday 23rd June 2023.
Location: Solent start: Yarmouth, Poole, Cherbourg, St Peter Port, Carteret.
West Country start: Plymouth, Salcombe, St Peter Port, Carteret.
