Whether you are new to UK cruising, heading to European destinations or embarking on blue water adventures, the CA will support your journey. Our team will be delighted to discuss how CA membership will boost your sail and motor boating.
For May’s CAptain’s Mate of the Month, we visit Aalborg Lystbaadehavn in North Jutland, Denmark.
Aalborg Lystbaadehavn is a spacious marina in the Vestre Bådehavn, on the western side of Aalborg. The city of Aalborg, the fourth largest in Denmark, is a delightful stop with an attractive centre and old town.
Throughout the year, the CA runs our ‘Refer a Friend’ programme giving members the chance to welcome their friends as members and enjoy 20% off the first year’s annual membership1.
At sea, unforeseen circumstances can arise, and having local support is invaluable. That's why the Cruising Association maintains a worldwide network of voluntary Honorary Local Representatives (HLRs) ready to assist members wherever they may be.
For April’s CAptain’s Mate of the Month we visit St Helier, the capital of Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands in the English Channel.
The marina and port offer good shelter and are close to all the facilities of the town of St Helier. Access to the marina is restricted by a tidal sill, but there is a large deep water waiting area.
The CA is pleased to announce the launch of online booking for cabin accommodation at CA House.
Online booking enhances and streamlines the process for reserving one of our five cabins, with user-friendly features and intuitive navigation. With just a few clicks, members can check availability, make, or cancel a booking.
