H2OWorld Podcast catches up with Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and John Burbeck

The CA’s patron, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, visited the CA stand during the Southampton International Boat Show.

Sir Robin took the opportunity to catch up with John Burbeck, member of the Regulatory & Technical Services group (RATS) and chair of the CA orca project for his H2OWorld podcast.

The pair delved into all things cruising, highlighting how the Cruising Association supports its members and the importance of volunteering. This podcast explores the CA’s history and the resources it provides to cruisers, such as regulatory guidance. They also cover the CA’s lobbying efforts on VAT and wind farm regulations, the push for HVO fuel, the issue of orcas attacking yachts and plenty more.
