Kass Schmitt is a solo sailor whose dream is to be the first American woman to complete the OSTAR, the original single-handed trans-Atlantic race which, back in the 1960's, began the solo racing scene we know today.
Kass will talk about her motivation and preparations and recount her experiences of taking part in this famous event in 2017 as well as her plans to compete again in 2024.
