Saturday 18 November 2017, all day seminar at RHYC Woolverstone
A seminar covering getting there, the weather that might be encountered on the way, places to visit and routes to follow.
Speakers: Jim Bacon of Weatherquest, Clifford Mickleburgh, Ian Jewry, Louise Busby (Author of Inland Waterways of the Netherlands), James Littlewood and Lucy Wilson of Imray.
The day will be led by Bram van de Have, assisted by CA Members Clifford Mickleburgh, James Littlewood and Ian Jewry (RYA Instructor) who are all very experienced in cruising the area. The interests of those who cruise in motor yachts will not be neglected.
We will be sponsored by Imray, Laurie, Norie & Wilson Ltd, who will bring along a selection of their books and charts, and by ASAP Ltd, maritime equipment suppliers with free copies of their catalogue detailing their very comprehensive range of items they can supply.
The cost is £30 and includes talks from 7 speakers, tea/coffee and lunch.
