Access to and use of this site is provided by the Cruising Association subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date when you first use the site. The Cruising Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.
The Cruising Association reserves the right to monitor all materials posted on this site and to remove any which it considers in its absolute discretion to be offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The copyright in all Web-site design, text, graphics, the selection, arrangement, look and feel thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this site is the property of the Cruising Association.
Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast, transferred, sold, displayed, exploited or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of the Cruising Association. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the material contained in this site or use it for any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use. Whilst the Cruising Association has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the information you provide will be kept secure from unauthorised access, the Cruising Association cannot guarantee the information will be secure during transmission to its Web server and accept no liability arising from such transmission.

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we put on your computer if you agree. These cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users of the website.
The cookies we use are ‘first-person’ cookies. We use them soley to identify you as a CA Member and so that you can return to the site within a reasonable period without having to 'log in' again, even though you may have closed your browser. The cookies also sometimes hold other information such as the contents of your shopping cart. We do not use any analytical or tracking cookies.
Miscellaneous
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return any item purchased from the CA shop please contact the Cruising Association on 020 7537 2828. The Cruising Association will accept returns up to 14 days after dispatch. Goods must be in returned in a resaleable condition (unworn and with packaging intact) to guarantee a refund. When returning items to the Cruising Association, please ensure that the item is packaged sufficiently, and that adequate insurance cover has been obtained. Return costs are to be borne by the customer unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality or as described. The Cruising Association cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items returned. For items that have been incorrectly despatched please contact Cruising Association on 020 7537 2828 to make arrangements for collection.
